Aloo Bhajji is one of the most favorite recipes during Monsoon season !!

Ingredients:
2 cups Besan (Gram Flour)
1/2 cup Rice Flour (for crispiness - Optional)
1 Medium Size Sliced Potato
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds (Jeers)
1/2 tbsp Ajwain
1 tbsp Chat Masala
Salt to taste
Water to mix the batter
Oil for deep frying
Recipe:
1. Take a bowl, add gram flour, Rice flour, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Seeds, Ajwain, Salt.
Mix well.
2. Add water to the mixed ingredients and ensure the batter is of dropping consistency.
3. Heat the Oil in Kadhai for deep Frying.
4. Once the Oil is heated, take potato slice and dip it in mixed batter and deep fry it.
5. Repeat the step 4 till all the Potato slices are fried.
6. Sprinkle Chat Masala over the bhajjis.
7. Serve Hot with Tomato Sauce.
