Banana Bhajji

Banana Bhajji is one of the most favorite recipes during Monsoon season !!

Ingredients:
2 cups Besan (Gram Flour) 
1/2 cup Rice Flour (for crispiness - Optional) 
1 Sliced Raw Banana
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds (Jeers)
1/2 tbsp Ajwain
1 tbsp Chat Masala
Salt to taste
Water to mix the batter
Oil for deep frying


Recipe:
1. Take a bowl, add gram flour, Rice flour, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Seeds, Ajwain, Salt. 
    Mix well.
2. Add water to the mixed ingredients and ensure the batter is of dropping consistency.
3. Heat the Oil in Kadhai for deep Frying. 
4. Once the Oil is heated, take Banana slice and dip it in mixed batter and deep fry it. 
5. Repeat the step 4 till all the Banana slices are fried. 
6. Sprinkle Chat Masala over the bhajji's. 
7. Serve Hot with Tomato Sauce.
