Ingredients:
2 Finely cut Raw Bananas
1 tbsp Jeera (cumin seeds)
2 tbsp half Udat Dal (Black Gram)
1/4 tbsp Haldi (Turmeric)
1/4 tbsp Hing (Asafetida )
2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Jeera powder (Cumin)
Salt to taste
3 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Recipe:
- Heat Oil in Kadhai. Add cumin seeds, Hing, Haldi and Udat Dal and saute for 30 seconds.
- Add raw banana, red chilli powder, Cumin powder, salt and mix well.
- Cover with a lid for 3-4 mins.
- Add lemon Juice and mix well. Serve hot.
