Chinese Veg Fried Rice

Chinese Vegetable fried rice is a delightful dish that is extremely popular in India too!
Moreover a Chinese food freak like me will love to eat this once in a week 😃😃



Preparation Time: 15 mins   
Cooking Time: 10 mins   
Total Time: 25 mins     
Makes 4 servings 

Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup french beans cut
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup capsicum , cut into long thin strips
1 tbsp finely chopped celery (Optional)
1/2 cup finely chopped spring onions whites
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup finely chopped spring onion greens
1 tsp soy sauce
salt to taste
2 tbsp red chilli sauce (you can add more if you like spicy food)
2 tbsp Green chilli sauce (you can add more if you like spicy food)

Recipe:

  1. Heat the oil in a kadhai on a high flame till it smokes.
  2. Add the french beans, carrots, cabbage, capsicum, celery (Optional), spring onion whites and sauté on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Add the rice, spring onion greens, soya sauce and salt, toss well and cook on a high flame for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
Chinese Fried rice is best accompanied by Veg Manchurian.
