This Recipe proves to be a healthy intake for all Rice lovers. It adds flavor of Spinach (Palak) to rice.

Ingredients:
3 cups spinach (Palak) leaves
2 cups cooked rice
salt to taste
5-6 green chillies
1/2 tbsp Ginger paste
1/2 tbsp Garlic paste
2 tbsp Oil
Cashew nuts (Optional)

Ingredients:
3 cups spinach (Palak) leaves
2 cups cooked rice

Recipe:
- Heat water in a vessel and add the spinach leaves into it. Let the water along with spinach leaves boil for 2 mins.
- Drain out the water from Spinach leaves and let it cool for 5 mins. Now add green chilles and spinach leaves in a mixer grinder and grind into a soft puree. Keep the puree aside.
- Heat Oil in a Kadhai and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds. Allow them to crackle.
- Now add Ginger, Garlic paste and saute on a high flame for 1 min. Add the Spinach puree and mix well, saute it for another 2 mins till the mixture leaves oil.
- Add cooked rice, salt and mix well. Cover with a lid for 2 mins, garnish with Cashew nuts (Optional) and serve hot.
