Moringa Tea

Moringa leaves are known to contain 7 times the Vitamin C content of oranges, 4 times the calcium and twice the protein in milk, 4 times the vitamin A in carrots, and 3 times the potassium in bananas. 

Moringa Tea helps a lot in weight loss and removal of excess belly fat. There are many more advantages of having Moringa tea every day, preferred to have on an empty stomach.



Preparation Time : 5 mins

Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 tbsp Moringa Powder (readily available in market)
1 tbsp Honey
1/2 tbsp lemon Juice (optional)

Recipe:

  1. Heat water in a vessel and add 1 tbsp Moringa powder to it.
  2. Boil the water for 2 mins.
  3. Strain the water using a strainer
  4. Add Lemon (Optional) and Honey
  5. Stir and enjoy you early morning tea.
