Moringa Tea helps a lot in weight loss and removal of excess belly fat. There are many more advantages of having Moringa tea every day, preferred to have on an empty stomach.
Preparation Time : 5 mins
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 tbsp Moringa Powder (readily available in market)
1 tbsp Honey
1/2 tbsp lemon Juice (optional)
Recipe:
- Heat water in a vessel and add 1 tbsp Moringa powder to it.
- Boil the water for 2 mins.
- Strain the water using a strainer
- Add Lemon (Optional) and Honey
- Stir and enjoy you early morning tea.
