Ingredients :
Bananas - 2 medium size
Almonds - 3-4 nos
Skimmed milk (Cold) - 1 glass(150 ml)
Recipe :
1. Peel the banana skin and cut them into small pieces.
2. Add the banana pieces, almonds, milk into a blender and blend well.
3. Serve Chilled !
