RECIPE -->
Ingredients :
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 Chopped Carrot
- 1 Chopped Capsicum
- 2 Chopped Tomatoes
- 3 Slices of Maggi & Masala
- 1 tbsp Red Chillipowder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp Hing
- 3 tbsp Oil
Recipe :
- Take a pan and heat water in it. Once the water is boiled, add the maggi and cook it for 5 mins. Once the Maggi is cooked, Strain the maggi from water and keep it aside.
- Take another Kadhai and heat oil.
- Add Cumin seeds, Mustard seeds, Hing to the oil and allow them to crackle.
- Now add Chopped Onions and saute till its golden brown
- Add Chopped carrot, capsicum and Tomatoes, saute till its soft.
- Now add red chilli powder, salt and maggi masala. Mix well and cover it with lid for 3 mins
- Add the strained maggi to the veggies and mix well using cut and fold method.
- Serve Hot
