Vermicelli Upma || Bambino Upma || Semiya Upma || Seviya cha Upma is a breakfast menu.
Ingredients:
3-4 green chillies
half lemon
5-6 Curry leaves
1 tbsp mustard seeds (Rai)
1 tbsp Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1/2 tbsp hing
1/2 tbsp haldi (turmeric)
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped potatoes
1/4 cup chopped cabbage and beans
1 cup roasted Vermicelli || Bambino ||Semiya
4-5 tbsp Oil

Ingredients:

1/2 tbsp hing
1/2 tbsp haldi (turmeric)
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped potatoes
1/4 cup chopped cabbage and beans
1 cup roasted Vermicelli || Bambino ||Semiya
4-5 tbsp Oil
Recipe :
- Boil one and half cup water
- Heat Kadhai and add 4-5 tbsp oil, once the oil is hot, add rai, jeera, hing, haldi, green chillies, curry leaves and allow them to crackle
- Now add chopped potatoes saute well
- Add cabbage, beans, tomatoes and saute well. Cover with a lid for 2-3 mins or till the veggies are cooked
- Once the veggies are cooked add the roasted Vermicelli (Bambino), mix well
- Add 1 tbsp salt and mix well
- Now slowly add boiled water and stir the upma.
- Cover with a lid and cook for 3-4 mins.
- Squeeze half lemon, mix well and serve hot
