Mango Kheer || Chilled Mango Kheer || Summer Special - For all mango lovers..

This recipe was tried for adding a different flavor to the regular Kheer, and as its summer, I thought why not give it a mango Flavor and make the summer fruitful πŸ˜‡

Ingredients -

3 tbsp ghee
half cup Bambino / Semiya
1 litre pre-boiled milk
1 cup Sugar
2 tbsp Badam mix powder
4 Mangoes grinded into a pulp 

Recipe -
  1. Heat pan, add 3 tbsp Ghee and add bambino. roast well on a low flame till its golden brown
  2. Add 1 litre milk stir well 
  3. Add 1 cup Sugar and 2 tbsp of badam mix powder. If you dont have badam mix powder, you can also grind 3-4 cardamon (elaichi) and 4-5 almonds into a powder and add
  4. Stir and boil well till the bambino gets cooked and milk is reduced to 3/4th
  5. Turn off the flame and allow the milk to cool
  6. Once the milk is cooled, add the mango pulp, mix well.
  7. Freeze it for 3-4 hours before serving
  8. Garnish with chopped almonds and mango cubes 
  9. Delicious Mango Kheer is readyπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
