Sev Puri || Dahi Puri || Dahi batata Puri - Here's to all Chat lovers - Sev Puri || Dahi Puri || Dahi batata Puri I have made Puri / Gol gappa at home (As it was my first time, I did not record it was I was unsure how it would turn out, but it turned out superb and perfect - I will upload its recipe soon)

Ingredients :

20 Puris- Golgappe
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp Chat masala
1 tbsp Jaljeera powder / Amchur powder
1/2 salt
1 cup plain sev
1 cup curd (add 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp chat masala)
1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes (add 1/2 tsp salt)

Recipe - 
  1. Take a bowl and add red chilli powder, chat masala, jaljeera / Amchur powder (whichever is available), salt. Mix well and form a dry masala
  2. Now start filling the Puri : Break it from center add boiled potato, 1/2 tsp dry masala (you can alter tis based on taste prefernce), add sev, curd tomato ketchup.
  3. Yummy Dahi Puri is ready !!
