Desi Nachos || Best way to use the left over roti || Tea time snack

Desi Nachos / Masala Roti / Roti Chips is a recipe invented to utilize the left over Roti' s / Chapati' s at home, and the best thing is that you can preserve this recipe and eat it for 7-10 days !! 😃

I learnt this recipe from my Mom ! This is one of the dishes my friends and colleagues at work like the most. They eagerly keep waiting for me to get it 😄

Preparation Time - 5 mins
Cooking Time - 10 mins
Total Time - 15 mins

Ingredients:

2 Left over Chapatis / Rotis
1/2 tbsp red Chilli powder (You can add more based on you preference)
1/4 tbsp salt
1/4 tbsp chat masala (You can add more based on you preference)
Oil for deep frying

Recipe:
  1. Heat oil in a kadhai for deep frying. Now tear the Roti / Chapati into pieces of medium size.
  2. Deep fry the chapati pieces on a low flame till they turn to golden brown in color.
  3. Once all the chapatis are fried, sprinkle the red chilli powder, chat masala and salt over the fried rotis.
  4. Toss well before you serve.
