Spinach Soup || Palak Soup || Healthy Green Soup

Ingredients:
5 bunches of Spinach leaves
4 garlic cloves
1 small piece of Onion
2 Green chillies
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper powder
Recipe:
- Wash and boil spinach leaves for 5-7 mins.
- Drain them and allow it to cool.
- Take the cooled leaves, garlic cloves, onion piece, green chillies, salt and grind them into a fine puree
- Heat a sauce pan, add grinded puree, 1/2 cup water, 1 tbsp black pepper powder and allow it to boil for 3-4 mins.
- Healthy Spinach Soup is ready. Garnish with little black pepper powder and serve hot.
