Ragi Dosa is one of the most healthiest breakfast that you can have. It's so filling that you will not feel hungry for next 4-5 hours 😄
Well as most of you know the benefits of Ragi, I am listing a few below:
- Ragi is a whole grain that is gluten-free and a staple in South India.
- It is rich in fiber that helps with weight loss and diabetes.
- It's packed with calcium, good carbs, ammino acids and Vitamin D.

Ingredients :
2 cups Ragi Flour
1/2 Cup Semolina (Rava)
3/4 cup Sour Curd
1 finely chopped onion
3-4 finely chopped green chilies
1/4 cup fresh chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste
1/2 inch finely chopped ginger
Recipe:
- Sieve the Ragi Flour and add it in big bowl
- Add 1/2 cup Semolina for binding purpose, add sour curd and mix well
- Now slowly add water and form a flowing batter - most important is ensure there are no lumps
- Rest the batter for 20 mins
- After 20 mins add one finely chopped onion, 3-4 chopped green chilies, Salt to taste, few pieces of chopped ginger and freshly chopped coriander leaves, mix well and make a flowly batter (Add more water if required)
- Now heat a pan, grease with oil and start pouring the batter to form a dosa.
- sprinkle few drops of oil and roast well on both sides.
- Healthy indeed Tasty Ragi dosa is ready
