Veg Cutlet || Veg Tikki || Snacks Recipe

Veg Cutlet is one of the best, low oil Snack recipe. It contains lot of Veggies and proteins, you can alter the veggies of your choice !

Ingredients :

2 cups boiled potatoes
1 and half cup grated carrots
2 finely chopped capsicum
2 finely chopped onions
200gms Paneer (Cottage cheese)
2 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp carom seeds
1/2 cup corn flour
1/2 cup gram flour (Besan)
oil for roasting

  1. Take a big bowl, grate boiled potatoes. Add grated carrots, chopped capsicum, onions and paneer, mix well
  2. Now add all spices - red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt, garam masala and carom seeds and mix well
  3. Slowly add corn flour powder and besan (gram flour), mix well - Now the mixture is ready
  4. Start making cutlets - pinch out small portion of the mixture and form small cutlets.
  5. Heat a pan sprinkle 1-2 tbsp oil, roast cutlets on both sides on low flame.
  6. Yummy Veg Cutlet is ready. Serve hot with Tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
