Tawa Paneer || Make Paneer curry in just 10 mins || Jhatpat recipe

Tawa Paneer - Dhaba Style Paneer Curry, makes tasty Paneer curry in just 10 mins.

Ingredients:

2-3 tbsp Butter
1 tsp mustard seeds (Rai)
1 cup finely grated Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
1 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1/4 tsp hing (Asafoetida)
1 tsp Haldi (Turmeric powder)
1 finely chopped onion
2 finely chopped tomatoes
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tbsp Pav Bhaji masala
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe:

  1. Heat butter, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds allow them to crackle
  2. Now add hing, haldi and mix well
  3. Add chopped onions and saute well for 2 mins
  4. Add chopped Tomatoes and saute well till it leaves oil
  5. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, mix well
  6. Add 1/4 cup water and saute well till onions and tomatoes get mashed
  7. Now add pav bhaji masala and salt. mix well
  8. Add grated Paneer, 4-5 tbsp water and mix well
  9. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  10. Yummy and finger licking Dhaba Style Tawa Paneer is ready
