Aloo Raitha

I know Aloo Raitha sounds uncommon, but it is one of the best forms of raitha.


Preparation Time: 5 mins
Cooking Time: 2 mins
Total Time: 7 mins

Ingredients:
1 cup boiled smashed potato
6-7 chopped green chilles
1 Red chilly
1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
2 tbsp Ghee
1/2 cup Curd for mixing
salt to taste

Recipe:

  1. Heat the ghee in small Kadhai, add cumin seeds and allow them to crackle.
  2. Add the Red chilly and chopped green chillies and allow them to crackle for 1 min.
  3. Add smashed Potatoes, salt to it and saute for 30 secs.
  4. Empty this mixture in a bowl and mix curd as per need.
