Paneer Cutlet is an similar recipe as that of Aloo tikki !! I have learnt this recipe from my mom and it turns out very yummy !!

Ingredients:
For cutlet:
2 cups paneer / cottage cheese crumbled
1 cup potato boiled and mashed
2 tbsp onion finely chopped
½ carrot grated
1 green chilli finely chopped
½ tsp ginger paste
½ tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
½ tsp chat masala
½ tsp garam masala
2 tbsp corn flour
½ tsp salt or as required
For maida paste:
¼ cup corn flour
¼ tsp pepper crushed
2 tbsp maida
¼ tsp salt
½ cup water
Other ingredients:
1 cup bread crumbs
oil for shallow frying

Recipe:
- In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients listed for cutlet.
- Prepare maida paste by combining ¼ cup corn flour, 2 tbsp maida, ¼ tsp pepper, ¼ tsp salt and ½ cup water mix well to form lump free and flowing consistency batter.
- Prepare a small ball sized patties greasing hand with oil. greasing oil prevents dough from sticking.
- Now dip in prepared maida paste and cover batter all sides.
- further coat with bread crumbs all sides.
- Now shallow fry or deep fry or pan fry in hot oil.
- Fry on medium flame, flipping occasionally till it turns golden brown.
- Its time to serve Paneer Cutlet with mint dip or tomato sauce.
