Tomato Chakli

Tomato Chakli is an experimented Chakli by my friend and it turned out really very tasty !! You can have it during tea time snack.
Preparation Time - 15 mins
Cooking Time - 5 mins
Total Time - 20 mins

Ingredients -
2 Tomatoes
Water to boil Tomatoes
1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds (Jeera)
pinch of hing (Asafoetida) 
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 cup Besan (Gram Flour)
1 cup chawal ka aata (Rice Flour) 
Oil for deep frying

Recipe -
1. Boil water in a pan and add 2 tomatoes, boil for 3-4 mins. Remove the skin of tomatoes and allow them to cool.
2. Cut Tomatoes, add half tbsp red Chilli Powder, pinch of hing (Asafoetida), grind this mixture into a fine paste.
3. Take a big bowl, pour the tomato puree, now add half tbsp salt, 1/2 tbsp Jeera (cumin seeds), 1/2 cup Besan (Gram flour), rice flour (1cup), hot oil (2tbsp), mix well and knead the mixture to form a thick chakli batter.



4. Heat oil in kadhai for deep frying, meanwhile, take the chakli maker, grease with oil , put the batter inside the chakli maker and start keeping round chaklis on a plate.
5. Once the oil is heated, fry these chaklis till they are crispy brown and enjoy the tea time snack.
