Suji Halwa || Rava Sheera || Semolina Halwa using Jaggery is one of the most commonly made sweet dish in India.

Ingredients :
1 Cup Semolina (Rava, Suji)
1/4 Cup Ghee
1 and half cup jaggery
2 cups hot water
5-6 chopped cashewnuts
Recipe:
1. Heat kadhai and roast the Suji well till its golden brown
2. Add 1/4 cup ghee and roast well
3. Add one and half cup Jaggery and mix well till it melts
4. Once the Jaggery is melted, slowly add hot water, stir well and cover and cook for 3-4 mins
5. Garnish with chopped cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios
6. Yummy and mouth watering Semolina halwa is ready.
